Eccho Design has just wrapped up Construction Documents for a contemporary, insulated concrete form, custom passive house just outside Louisville! While the project is not going for PHIUS Certification, the design is ultra-efficient and will use approximately 60% less heating and cooling energy than a standard code built home. We are excited for construction to get underway!
